Welcome. I’m Audra, and I’m truly glad you’re here.

I’m the founder of Awaken Energy Center, where my work bridges intuitive insight, emotional awareness, and spiritual truth. Over the years, I’ve studied and explored many schools of understanding — energy awareness, chakra systems, metaphysical teachings, and spiritual healing practices. Each offered meaningful insight.

What became clear to me through both study and lived experience is this:
Understanding brings relief, but presence brings lasting peace.

In my work, healing happens not by force, fixing, or belief — but through awareness, compassion, and truth gently revealed.

For me, the source of that truth is Christ — not as doctrine, but as living presence. I experience Christ as the wellspring of love, coherence, and restoration within the human heart. When people feel truly seen, heard, and met with compassion, the body often releases what it has been holding — sometimes immediately.

Jesus speaks of this kind of inner renewal in John 4:13–14:

“Whoever drinks the water I give will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

I understand this “living water” as an ever-present source of love and awareness within us — one that restores not only the soul, but the whole person. While different practices may help us reflect or pause, it is this steady presence of love and truth that brings lasting alignment.

In my retreats, meditations, and private sessions, I create a calm, intentional space where insight, compassion, and spiritual presence can naturally emerge. Through guided awareness, prayerful intention, and intuitive listening, people often experience a deep sense of clarity, relief, and reconnection — both within themselves and with what they hold sacred.

My intention is simple and steady: to help you feel safe, supported, and more at ease in your own body and inner world. When people feel genuinely met with care and understanding, the nervous system settles, emotional patterns soften, and the body often releases what it no longer needs to carry.

At the heart of this work is the understanding that we are not separate — from ourselves, from one another, or from the Source of love and life. Many spiritual traditions point to this truth in different ways. In my own life and work, I experience this unity through the living presence of Christ — as love, coherence, and quiet guidance within the heart.

Rather than fixing or changing you, this work gently helps you return to your center — the place of inner truth, stability, and connection that has always been there. From that place, fear loosens, understanding grows, and healing becomes something you participate in, not something done to you.
