Hi, and welcome. I’m Audra, and I’m so grateful you’re here!
My name is Audra Franta, and I’m the founder of Awaken Energy Center. Over the years, I’ve studied many sacred schools of thought—energy alignment, chakra systems, metaphysics, and spiritual healing practices of all kinds.
They all hold pieces of truth. But what I’ve discovered is that while many teachings can inspire us, only one Source can truly satisfy the soul.
In John 4:13-14, Jesus says:
“Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever. drinks the water I give will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
That verse is the heartbeat of my life and my work. I believe all energy, love, and healing flow from God—the living Christ within us. Other practices may refresh us for a moment, but only His presence is the spring that never runs dry.
In my retreats, meditations, and private sessions, I weave together prayer, Scripture, and energy alignment to help people experience the living water of Christ in their own hearts.
My mission is to help you feel safe in God’s love, restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit, and awaken to the truth that you are deeply held, guided, and loved.
All of these sacred connections affirm one eternal truth: we are all divinely connected. There is no “us” and “them.” We come from one Source, one Love.
My purpose is to help bring you home to your center—the core of truth—gently dismantling the structures of separation and fear so you can remember the unity that has always lived within you.
